With a university background in math, statistical analysis as well as counselling skills, Tom is uniquely qualified to understand the complexity around mortgage products and help guide his clients to the right solutions - now and into the future. Under the umbrella of MortgagesLab and Mortgage Architects, Tom has found a community of like-minded brokers who support each other in providing their clients with the same level of service, integrity and commitment.
MY JOURNEY
Born and raised on Vancouver’s North Shore, I’ve been lucky to make the most of what the South Coast has to offer. Through my time in the mountains, forests and ocean, I’ve been able to enjoy my passion for the weather, and the sports I love.
Over 20 years ago, my wife and I moved to the island. In the time since, we’ve started a family, bought a home and I’ve run my own contracting business.
Through my children, I’ve discovered a love of theatre, music, soccer and the communities around them.
Through this whole time I’ve also shared in the transition of my parents from the workforce to retirement, to the need for care and eventually passing. I’ve learned that each of these life stages offer so many opportunities to share and care within our communities. I look forward to what’s to come and to help you and your loved ones in any way I can.
